Is there a minimum number of staff we need to enrol for the corporate plan?

No. There's no minimum headcount, so corporate membership works for businesses of any size.

Do employees need to be existing patients of Dentata Charta?

Not at all. New patients are welcome and will be booked in for a short initial assessment before their first plan payment is taken.

Can family members join an individual plan?

Yes. Adult partners can join any of our adult plans, and children aged 2–12 can join our Child plan. Family members receive the same preferential rate as the main plan holder.

Does the plan cover treatment or just provide discounts?

The plan covers all included preventive appointments in full (examinations, hygiene, X-rays, oral cancer screening) and provides a meaningful discount on any additional restorative or cosmetic treatment. It's a preventive maintenance plan, not a dental insurance policy.

How quickly can a corporate plan go live?

Once an agreement is signed, we can have your enrolment portal ready and staff communications prepared within two weeks.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Your needs may change over time, and your plan can be reviewed and adjusted at renewal — just speak to our team.
